The Interchange is one of the premier Meeting and Conference venues in North Wales.

With 4 rooms available within the Interchange, you can hold Interviews, Board Meetings, Training Days or Larger Events in comfort and excellence.

The Conference Auditorium with integrated audio and visual equipment can comfortably seat 150 in a lecture layout.

The Conference Room also with integrated audio and visual equipment can seat 40 in a lecture layout or 26 in a Board Room style.

The Small Meeting Room is ideal for group interviews or small training sessions seating 16 in a lecture room layout.

The Executive Suite is a highly professional yet relaxed setting for small business meetings or interview sessions.  Recommended for meetings having upto 8 attendees.

With a Costa Coffee Lounge within the Interchange you can arrive early grab a fabulous Mochacinno or Latte sit down on one of our leather sofas and get yourself ready for your meeting or event.

Catering is no problem; the Costa Coffee Lounge has a limited menu available for small sized meetings.  Arcot Catering of Colwyn Bay provide us with excellent menu options for larger groups. 

The Interchange has 2 good sized car parks that are free to attendees and clients. The facility is also fully accessible and compliant with the DDA.
